Accredited Installers will have a proven track record within the industry, provide many customer references, subject themselves to ongoing inspections of their systems and installations and provide guarantees to match the best in the industry.

They also have Remedial/Complaints Systems with authorised personnel who have the power to ensure customer complaints are responded to and dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
