What are the objectives of DGCOS?

DGCOS aims to bring together a group of high quality, specialist installers from around the UK, with the purpose of promoting best practice and providing consumers with a professional installation and guarantee. We also provide a mechanism to have complaints and grievances investigated by way of free mediation or ombudsman (using independent inspections where deemed necessary) with results which are fair and reasonable in the circumstances.
